Returns & Exchanges

At the Field Museum Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned merchandise is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and a copy of your packing slip, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send your package back to our museum warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
